The game isn't too demanding. I have a really, REALLY, REALLY crappy computer (4 years ago when I got it it was still, only $800) and it could run the Spore Creature Creator trial, but not the full version. The specs are on the Spore.com site.

I'm getting a new computer for this game. It looks incredible.
