I can't believe you did a spotlight on this school! Don't even bother going to this school, it's a waste of money. You all know that the Game Wizard program in another way of saying, "Future Activison Game Testers" I find it cute that they gave everyone Ai t-shirts to wear for that segment.

You obviously know nothing about AI-LA or game wizards. We do our work like a real studio pipeline and we impress industry leader with our quality of work.
And those AI shirts you are referring to were created by the members of the Lytus team to promote their game. If you think the school is a waste of time or that game wizards is a joke you are either:
a) a lazy worker with no time management skills
b) no initiative to exceed and learn on your own
c) No passion for 3d art
d) all of the above

Actually Game Wizards have been placed at Sony Santa Monica(God of War), Treyarch, Neversoft, Luxoflux (all Activison), Heavy Iron, EA-LA, 7 Studios, Pandemic, Rockstar etc., and NOT as game testers but as Enviroment Artists, Level Designers, Character Modelers, a Associate Producer and a Game Designer. We also have a special relationship with Activision where we get to hear first about new job and internship opportunities.

GameWizards is the driving motivation for me. Being in such a work environment gives you constant feedback, great experience, tons of confidence in what you do, and bonds that working in a team provides you.

As a lead, you teach and learn constantly and there is no substitution for such an experience.

To be honest, GameWizards is well worth the 75k I'm paying for tuition. I'll be broke, but at least I'm happy with what I'm doing and the future it will bring.

Oh, and what project was RedGiant working on again? Oh that's right, no one cares! (I'm joking... don't take that too seriously... heh)

Can't say I'm a fan of the clips that G4 chose to show, there were way better ones that showed complete changes in the game. But meh.

Eitherway, GW did great that quarter. What was it, 40+ assets per team by week 5 on top of a full school load? That's pretty eff'ing sweet and shows some commitment.

All in all, GW rules :)
