Instead of shooting the man up on the cliffs I hit him with the butt end of my pistol and he died. Then he rolled down the cliff slowly. Not as self-rewarding but interesting he died by just smacking him in the face.

i dont get why people need help with the gta IV missions i beat it in about 40 hours and i bet at least 5 of that is screwing around, and its a while but i didnt need any help
