NBA 2K13 Jay-Z Launch Party in NYC

The stars came out for Executive Producer Jay-Z's NBA 2K13 launch party at his 40/40 Club in NYC, and our own Tiffany Smith was on the red carpet mixing it up with the likes of Bow Wow, Derrick Rose, Kevin Durant, Kris Humphries and Julissa Bermudez.
