Videogame Deathmatch: The Greatest Story Ever Told In Games

Mass Effect has been done justice. Close one though, but really, good shall always prevail over, erm... lesser good. GoW is all fine and good, but the themes, issues, and ideas brought up through Mass Effect are just so compelling and deep, it would have been a tragedy if GoW won. People need to know how amazing Mass Effect is, and that is why we, as loyal ME fans, scream it from the mountaintops every chance we get. The true victor has been crowned today, and the gaming world is better for it.

Akira Toriyama created a universe in Dragon Ball, the story was still crap.

ME is a generic alien game, the story was ultimately ruined at the end. But congrats to all it's normal fans.

However this Deathmatch proved that there are ME fanboys that are just as bad as Halo fanboys making it one of the worst fanbases.

To me GoW, Sotc, FF7 should've won in terms of story. But shooters gotta have'em all...

Hell yes. Absolutely deserved. If I saw GoW win this, I would have completely lost all hope in G4's viewerbase. I mean, even now this place is swamped by shallow 13 year old's and ignorant basement dwellers. One look at the Facebook comments from the deathmatch post proves this. Don't get me wrong, GoW's story is great, but compared to Mass Effect, really can't hold a candle to it.
