Favourite Star Wars games in no particular order:
Jedi Knight (basically all of them)
    Episode 1 Pod Racer
    Jedi Power Battles
    Republic Commando
    X-Wing (Didn't play Tie Fighter)
    Galactic Battlegrounds
    Bounty Hunter
    Empire at War
    .... I think that's all of them
The one they need to make a sequel to the most = Republic Commando (that game was just insanely good)

As a die hard star wars fan. This was by far one of the best feedbacks. It's really nice to see other peoples outlooks on the star wars genre. I will always love star wars.

Most of this was kinda posted ont he MMO report... but since it is Star Wars related... I will share it here:

I have always been a big fan and nerd for Science Fiction (Sci FI) themed shows and games. My first MMO type game I played was a not really a MMO ... it was massively multiplayer, though. It was MPBT - MultiPlayer BattleTech online - originally on GENIE network then on AOL. Later on it went via the internet for a small nominal fee. Imagine 8 colors, and bad robot and mech graphics with NO CUSTOMIZATION - other than the "room" that you fought battles in... had a randomly selecting map list that would favor specific types of maps.

I tried games like EvE Online and it lacked a soul and I could never get in it... and I am hoping the new MechWarrior Online will be fun and worth it (I have given up on the Battletech or MechWarrior series - but that is a different story). Star Trek Online was fun in beta, but it got progressively easier and easier... and by the end of beta and early retail... you can close your eyes and WIN.

Star Wars Galaxy - a great game - the best crafting and harvesting system to date, IMHO. However, after a year and NGO... nuff said... it died!

Games like WoW, Rift, Warhammer Online, Lineage 2, Myth of Soma, LOTRO, Age of Conan, Vanguard, EverQuest (1 and 2), and a whole slew of WOW clones began to dominate the PC gaming area and MMOs in general. Most were bland. However, none were science fiction or Science Fantasy. Some were clever in it's own way. However, none ever satisified me.

    Until SWTOR.

I am looking for something different. A game with a Good story and lore - and more science fiction (or sci fi) than pure fantasy. Level 1 - 49 was... a blast... it was great. Left me breathless at times. The only problem I had was it was TOO EASY and you LEVELED too quick. There is no way to stop EXP gain - as a result, you are forced to either skip content or do it and the enemy mobs would be so low level that, even naked, you are more powerful than any mob or droid your fighting in your low level area. Skip content - but what if i wanted to see and do everything? NOT FAIR!

Flash points were normally EZMODE even on HM.

Then hit level 50. Your companions that were vital from level 1 thru 49 became almost worthless at level 50. That Mako and Jawa (Which is so cute and cuddly) were almost never used. Illium was a failed world RvR experiment. The PvP was the same three maps over and over again. Since the servers were mostly Imperials we played allot of Huttball. Huttball was fun, but after 600 games of HUTTBALL... it is dullsville. I was on a PvP server and I fought 3 people 5 times in PvP. Talk about dullsville. I love world PvP - but there was none to be had. People would hide in instances or other maps ... sheesh.

The operations were a JOKE. The operations are the SWTOR version of a raid. On Easy mode you needed 8. The harder modes can have upto 16 players. Most of the Operations lacked a story and had simple tank and spank boss fights. There were a few weird fights... but most were easy to figure out. I got to the point that I could watch tv and spam a few buttons and kill a boss... something that the devs said would not be possible. Yet I was doing it more and more.

Likewise, I had trouble logging in more and more. Not technical or financial problems - but I lacked the desire to log on. Most of the Flash Points were easy and fun - but once you did them 50 times... what else can you do? I have not bothered logging in to see the 1.2 patch. Why? I have 4 days until my account ends and I lack a desire to enter it too. My guild has moved on, mostly - for the same reason.

Even this content patch... um... most of it should have been included as a day one patch. COME ON! GUILD BANKS, Customizeable UIs, one more (and only one more) warfront?! Thats ALL? I waited this long for ONLY THAT?! I WAITED THIS LONG FOR A MEGA PATCH THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A HOT FIX A DAY AFTER RELEASE? Imagine if the new Call of Duty Game Multiplayer only had 4 maps and almost 5 months later they give a 5th. yeah..... right...........

Then the EZMODE of everything.... EZMODE IS BORING! Why do I have to always win, why can I not have content that is challenging and even 8 to 16 well geared and well educated SWTOR players can fail? REPEATEDLY? Why dont we get a Dungeon where people "BRAG" That it took them only 3 months to kill all the bosses and most guilds took them 2 years to be able to kill all the bosses? Where is the challenge? WHY IS IT ALWAYS WITh THE EZMODE?

In the end: Why am I leaving SWTOR?

I am looking for a game that challenges me. I am looking for a game with content and a reason to log in. A Crafting and harvesting system that means something. I am looking for a game that does not need raids to make a game become multiplayer.

SWTOR is the besy single player game experience I had... on a MMO. Sad, but true.

I think if they do make more movies they should stay away from the old republic era. I think no matter how good it is people will be disappointed. I think they should jump ahead far enough ahead for the original trilogies where they don't have to worry as much about changing canon. This way they have more freedom to move.

My favorite star wars game was KOTOR. I am disappointed that it is so even with AC2 in the deathmatch. To be honest, I don't remember that much about AC2 and I have played that more recently.

Hey Stephen. They do have the original theatrical cut of star wars on DVD without all the special edition cuts. I think it came out in 2006. Just FYI.

Bringing down an Imperial Star Destroyer using the force in Force Unleashed was great! They should have added that to Star Wars Kinect. If there is a second Star Wars Kinect game. I would like to see either based on IV-VI era or Expanded Legacy era. I also loved the Star Wars Arcade games of the 1980s. Will there be a Meco Disco Dance off in a future Star Wars Kinect game?

Best episode in a while. More Matt Keil, Stephen Johnson and ADAM SESSLER. Less of Nikole. She may be smart be she's clueless about anything before 1995, she's not very funny and she attempts to force her voice in everything. Is Adam Sessler working more behind the scenes of G4, because he is the biggest TV talent on G4 and has the potential to rise to above G4TV and go network. He's smart, funny, confident and very knowledgeable. I just believe Feedback was better in 2010 and most of 2011. I used to look forward to wednesdays for it. But now, it just getting too cute and silly sometimes. IMO.

It was a short but nice feedback this week. I hear the new Kinect s game is not good, but you guys should have at least done a two minute comment on it even if to say we haven t tried it yet .

Nikole is right about the story of unleashed, I was thinking why didn t they make a movie based on this story . As an original trilogy fan because of my age, my whole reason for wanting 1-3 made was to see Darth Vader be a bad ass Jedi then Jedi hunter and all I got was NOOOO.

As far as the moment I was worried about the direction of the prequel s was when I was seeing Liam and Ewan acting so wooden when I know both of them are very good actors. Then it kept going with Portman. When you hire talent like that you have to feed them good stuff.

X-Wing vs. Tie was great but I m not sure if a space fighting sim would really do that great these days. They could include it as a mode (battle) in a new battlefront and see how popular it is.

My favorite, as far as wow when I played it, is Jedit Knight Dark Forces 2. Being able to through my light saber to take out an enemy for the first time was sweet. After a while you could for pull then push all the weapons out of enemy s hands. Then throw them over the edge.

I agree with Nikole, about The Force Unleashed. It was the best Star Wars game, IMO. I know I am in the minority, but the story was awesome( I think most would agree with that), and I had no problem with the control, like many complained about. The second Force Unleashed was a huge disappointment.

I never understood the complaints about the prequels. Still do not. When people complain about them their reasoning just sounds crazy. The "scroll crawl"??? Really, that is when you first knew it was not as good? I think your expectations were too high, and the magic of your childhood was gone, and pessimisim took over.

When I first saw The Phantom Menace, I wanted to sit in the theater and see it again. And I am old enough that I saw the first (Episode IV) Star Wars in the theater when it first came out. Good job George.

I still ask myself "WHAT THE FUDGE IS A MEDICHLORIAN!" for all the crap that Lucas is doing to his own franchise i still love star wars and it is because of the original trilogy, the fan fiction novels, and games like Shadows Of The Empire, Jedi Academy, Dark Forces, Rebel Assault, Rogue Squadron, Force Unleashed, and KOTOR. It's a great franchise...it's to bad Lucas is the go to man for it though.

JK Jedi Academy was the first good game I ever played. SO EFFING GOOD. Who remembers it? I would play a new JK game on the halo engine any day. Do that, lucasarts.

I like return of the jedi! Yeah it's flawed, but it's still badass.

Actually Stephen, the original version got released on dvd a couple years ago in limited editons. I have seen them. That was how I saw the original versions for the first time the way they should've stayed.

What's wrong with the audio, this is the second weekend in a row like a cutting in and out noise every half second of the whole conversation. Maybe you guys need new mics or something?
