If you all want Rockband and guitar hero games, why do you want more sequels when you have DLC? Dagonit, Harmonix made two games called amplitude and frequency for the ps2 with diverse genres (I like EDM alot)

We have no DLC with them and you people still want 25 more rockband and guitar hero titles? Greedy! Shesh, us old hardcore fans would like a turn for games we hope for =(

But fine...if you want to keep buying RB and GH for 25 more years consecutively...fine...I stopped after GH3 That was the last music game I've played...

Everyone who isn't excited for this was not born in the 90s and didn't grow up playing Amplitude or Frequency. All the iterations Rock Band will always be there to play, we don't need another one, so being upset that this game is going to be bad because it's a music game with a controller doesn't know what they're talking about. This is a slight change up of an already great classic music game and it's going to be fun as hell.

Why does everyone have to be such negative nancy's. It's an arcade title, not a full blown game release. I mean common, people will play button mashers on their phones and whatnot. Get the demo, try it out for yourselves, and if it blows don't buy it.

In order for video games to have a future we have to be willing to give new ideas a chance. Even if those ideas suck in the long run.

this is actually a pretty good idea for those who don't have the money to buy the game with all the instruments, but still want to enjoy all the music rock band has to offer. And they've done rock band played with a controller with unplugged for the psp, so i have faith in this game.

This is like Rock Band Unplugged for the PSP which is a blast! I usually want to run through some songs without dragging all of the instruments out of the closet. This is great for that quick in the morning before work hit. This will be awesome, just wait and see.

Meh, I knew it wouldn't be Rock Band 4 so I was hoping for a new IP. I'll pick the game up just to support Harmonix but it doesn't interest me much.

Dont blame harmonix for keeping this quiet...this is a horrible idea. Why would you want to play a music game with a controller? I'd rather dust off my old Simon at least that was challenging.

i personoly wouldn't buy this the whole point of rockband was that you felt like you we playing a musical instrument... take that away and what do you have? button smashing... no fun i would only buy if it was compatible with the instruments...
