Wow, who provided the script for this episode, Jim Sterling? This one definitely drifted into Podtoid territory: http://www.destructoid.com/pod toid-195-screaming-willem-dafo e-sperm-224748.phtml

I got one for the list of games that are shut down but you can still buy new Army of Two. I can still pick it up as a 360 Platinum title and the servers are shut down locking out a full set of achievements

Nikole, Please send me an email or check your junk mail. I responded a couple times regarding my fan feedback from 2 weeks ago. Thanks

About EA shutting down the servers: read the EULA (end user license agreement). It's pretty much boilerplate at this point that companies reserve the right to end service for online parts of their software at anytime, for any reason or no reason. I'm writing my advanced legal writing requirement this semester on EULAs. The best case for gamers to make is the underhanded/shady aspect of it. Especially the game that was recently released.

And about the "Hot Coffee" case. She didn't get millions of dollars. The court heavily heavily reduced the damages she received. The only thing people remember about that case was what her initial damages reward was.

Well, when your favorite obscure, underplayed game is taken offline, there is always the hacked torrent version floating around some corner of the interwebs =P.

What's even more annoying about EA taking down servers is games like Lord of the Rings Conquest. This is a predominately online title which they removed the server for maybe a year or so ago. Yet Microsoft has no problem selling it on xbox live as a "On Demand" title. Little does anyone know that after buying and downloading the game they will have no online functionality. Very lame.

Personally loved Burnout Paradise, the entire game was based on DLC and online competition So that is a major loss towards that game. I really dont like this kind of practice but EA happens to be the the publisher for so many of my favorite developers when it comes to games. I really do hope a kickstarter model can become plausible to just eliminate this middle man for profit crap once and for all And yes, I mean you, EA and Activision.

It's very selfish of what's her name to just assume that everybody playing through a massive RPG series is on the same time line as she is. I have only beaten Mass Effect and have been putting both 2 and 3 on hold as I'm still playing Skyrim. I don't play games daily and love to enjoy them at my own leisurely pace. I also used Liara a lot, chose her as my in game "life mate" and was planning on trying to remain faithful to her in Mass Effect 2 (as corny as that may seem). Also, I was really intrigued by who the Shadow Broker was. With no spoiler alert she just blurts it out and ruins two major factors in what made Mass Effect so appealing to me.
I've been watching Feedback since it's inception and really enjoy it. And from the beginning you guys have gone out of your way not to spoil games for others or at least warn players to turn down the volume if spoilers were eminent. I'm well aware that games will be spoiled for me online if I go to certain websites. I just didn't expect it from Feedback.

BTW, have you read Moby Dick? Turns out the whale was following them the whole time...

I'm well aware that games may be spoiled for me when going online, but not from Feedback.

Is it just me or is feedback just getting worse each week since Adam left. I loved the show, but when u cant be straight with your fans then wtf.... Please dont start the show "in ten words"

Two weeks ago the one guy i dont care to know, got that episode removed from a Error but the next episode after that is having sound problems but u leave that one up.

And all the Mass Effect stuff, they mention in the episode like 3 times but WHY cant u guys talk about what fans are talking about. Alot of fans wanted to know what u guys thought about the ME3 ending but hell who wants to hear about that.

It seems u have an agenda to feedback, lets talk about this and nothing else. And the fan feedback is insulting to me. That is what made feedback so interesting when Adam was hosting the fans questions seemed to get alot more attention and now it seems like screw fanfeedback because its not what we want to hear.

    2 Things......

First, why does Morgan think that just because gaming fans don't work with games all day they don't keep up with gaming news and the things that happen in gaming. That's why in the comments section is always full of comments in support of Nickole.

Second, when are we gonna here the Feedback opinion about of the ME3 ending because I wanna know what you all think,,,,that is all
