Nah, there would have been A LOT more blood coming outta Sara if it were Ebola, that looked like a Herpes nap, I even saw a sore on her brow. Now I wanna rent House of Wax again for some reason :p

Also, huge LMAO at Kevin's death-face, clearly he was trying to throw of Candace with that...eyes moved too XD!
