3 stories with 3 awesome characters that will most likely come together at some point in the game, Co-op, Moving and shooting AT THE SAME TIME!? This game is as good as mine. RE6 FTW

Super impressed. It seems as if the gameplay is much more dynamic than before. Did you see that one moment where the train sped toward Leon and smashed a group of zombies? That indicates Capcom are going to be a little more creative with this outing. I also liked how, when Chris is introduced, his first action on the ground is to push a civilian cameraman away. I felt the element of a surviving and reacting civilian population was missing from four and five, as the entire population of the settings you visited were almost totally infected. It will add an interesting layer of depth to the survival story once you see people fleeing for their live around you. Maybe you are tasked with helping these poor souls? This would most definitely humanize the story to some extent, beyond what I felt was lacking in RE5. The stakes also seem higher in this game. For instance, The PRESIDENT has turned into a zombie most apparently. That has all sorts of ramifications. Is Capcom going to reference real world politics, perhaps American foreign policy? One can certainly hope. One major problem with Resident Evil is that it is viciously self-referential. A subtle layer of social commentary or satire would put a salve on this reputation. The facial animations and character models are massively improved from RE5 as well, and provide an interestingly level of emotional depth. Capcom has definitely learned a harsh lesson being placed next to games like Mass Effect. The emotional stakes here seem both more real and better executed than in past iterations. I though a reboot might be necessary to re-humanize a desperately muddled story, but this may not be necessary at all. I'm very excited to see what comes of this, but what we're seeing so far is beyond impressive. (PS: Is that remorseful blonde in the beginning an aged Ashley Graham from RE4? There is a resemblance. Check it out for yourself.)

Hope everyone is ready for some Opertion Leon S Kennedy and Leon S Kennedy 6. Seriously, where is Claire? I see Chris, a lot of Leon... A lot of Leon. When will they stop milking the revenue of RE4.. there are real fans here who love the old games and have been loyal, we have a larger voice I would think. A real Resident Evil 2 remake anyone? Or will Operation Leon S Kennedy just confuse everyone? Shame...

This might be good. Like the first 2 John Carpenter's Halloween movies, nothing compares to the first two Resident Evils. (Self opinion)

First Revelations, then Operation Raccoon City, now this. Let it be known that 2012 is the year of Resident Evil.

Looks great. Story will be up to par, I'm sure. And with all the updating I'm hoping you can move ane shoot at the same time. I think I saw someone shooting and sliding at the same time. Plus I really liked the weapon upgrading an 2p action in 5 so hopefully that makes a return.

Where is everyone seeing classic zombies? They're back, yeah, but they still have some of the Plagas though. They look like them either way. I wonder how they'll balance the slow ones with the fast ones like that. This game should be amazing! New mechanics in it too, plenty from the looks of it. I hated having to stop and pivot. I'm a VERY well trained killer but I can't move and shoot? Pish posh! Looks good though!

Wow, legit. Looks like it'll be more action oriented than the last 5, which I think they'll be able to pull off nicely. The story looks like it'll be good, that's what I'm most excited about.

    Hers's what I want:

    1) Something as awesome as RE4 was back in the day: a nice, long and spooky adventure.
1a) The return of the attache case inventory from RE4.
1b) Lots and Lots of cool weapons.
    1c) Cool extras and side-missions.
1d) The Weapons Dealer... "Welcome Stranger."
    2) Ada Wong.
    3) Ada Wong.
    4) Ada Wong.
    And 5... Ada Wong.

Well First time Chris and Leon will be in the same game. Wonder if their stories will cross paths. Seems like you play as both characters will two different stories. Action looks amazing, glad to see that all the criticism about not being able to "Run and Gun" didn't get to them. You want to play one of those games then by all means go play Left 4 Dead, Dead Rising, Dead Island or something else with the word dead in it. Hope they bring back the thrilling side of the game like RE 1-3 brought to the table. Other than that looks like 11/20/12 is gonna be a great day!

OMFG, I can't wait for this game to come out. I love the RE series, I've played and beaten every game that is out right now and have been hearing rumors about this game for a long time since after RE5 came out. Now it has been confirmed by Capcom. Game of the year definitely, I am definitely pre-ordering. Hopefully we'll be able to do co-op and online mini games like the Mercenaries co-op games in RE5. That would be awesome, plus have some old Favorite characters like Hunk and some others. Can not wait till 11/20/12, I will be at the game store the day it comes out before they even open.

It seems like this is going to be the resident evil we've been waiting for, it brought back zombies, and the creepy athmosphere, and brought in classic characters, used the re4/re5 controls (awsome)... We finally get to shoot and survive a realistic zombie apocalypse (the way a RE game should be,) and now with amazing graphics and cool gameplay... cant wait!!!!

They did it, they finally brought back the zombies, this makes me beyond happy. I've played every console RE to date, and if there's anything I can say, it's that the zombies from 1-3 were better than the Plagas victims, and the gameplay from RE4 was the strongest in the series (much more fun than controlling the main character like a tank and not being able to adjust the camera.) To combine these two elements is an incredibly promising strategy from my perspective. I really, REALLY cannot wait to see what Capcom's got in store for us with this one, hell I can definitely already feel my faith in them returning full-force.

As long as the AI partner in single player is actualy actualy helpfull and not constantly blocking my aim (thanks again to X-Play for warning us away from RE5) and I can run, gun and melee zombies as smoothly as the trailer promises, I'll be Happy. The dialog and story had better be at least as good and well-acted as RE4,as well!
