    This is the first time I have watched this...and color me impressed. I love the banter and charm of this and can't wait to watch it regularly. I had a few comment on some of the topics at hand. First and foremost here is a 1up.com post that states that The Last Guardian is in fact still on...though we all know that rumors are just that...rumors...I almost had a heart attack when Nikki brought that point up...but for more info here is the link http://www.1up.com/news/sony-c onfirms-fumito-ueda-departure< br />Among other nifty info there as well. Point number two. I love the Devil May Cry series and was hopping for the return of the original Dante but what most people forget is that this is a series "revamp" not a continuation. Most games are getting those now. Look at Tomb Raider. Shes got a new look and a series revamp as well. I for one am excited for this game Ninja Theroy knows how to make a decent game. And like Blair said once we see some solid gameplay and maybe a bit more background those "emo" kids you so called them (which is freaking hilarious by the way) may stop being little babies.

    And just for the record i love you guys. Keep it up. You just got a new member :)

    Congrats to Dana on getting married and Blair for making the show his own.

    Anyway, this DmC stuff is really out of hand. I have LOVED the Devil May Cry series since the very first time Dante got stabbed with his own sword and I haven't faltered yet. The fact that people are sending death threats and hoping that DmC fails is absolutely ridiculous. It's just disgusting behavior, regardless of how much the game has changed.

    If we're talking about looks, the new Dante looks better than just about any other one, with the exception of DMC 2 and 4. Even then, he's look pretty ridiculous. With this one, he looks like a character that might inhabit some sort of world and not just a walking punchline-machine. And when has black/dark hair become the identifier for emo kids? Then does that make Dana and Blair emo? As for the gameplay, there's no way we could even start to judge until we've got our hands on it in a demo or in context of the full game.

    Ninja Theory knows how to write a pretty damn good story and they definitely know how to characterize... characters. Capcom has admitted to being really hands-on with the combat mechanics. Adding things up, this might just be great. If not, it won't ruin the idea of what Devil May Cry was, but I can't see this being as bad as people seem to think it will be.

    Until we've got our hands on the game and know what's up with the story and Dante himself, can we all please just calm down?

    I'm gonna be weird here and comment on a single line from Feedback that no one else cares about....

    DC beat Marvel because Marvel is crap and DC is not. The knock off should never beat the original. It is the natural order of things.

    I personaly really do hate the new dante look. its not the fact of the hair alone its every thing about him in all that just dosnt look right for dante. I really think certain characters from certain franchises just shouldnt be changed so drastically. Dmc was have problems from the game play not the apperance from the characters within it. also some better story structure wouldnt hurt ether. how ever from what i have seen of the game play it seems that this Dmc i definatly making the improvements needed to succed. but i cant say it will be good or bad intil i play it. but i look good and looks like it will play nice and it doesnt seem like it will lose complete touch with what makes Dmc well Dmc. I also fear that with the new look means that its not the same dante and that i also dont like. possibly more so than the new look wich in my opinion is just to emo scrony bleh. lol overal hate the new look gamplay looks promising, and looks wont affect how the game plays just how the player will feel about who there playing.
    PS this will probably be the longest post i ever write ever lol

    I am probably one of the biggest DMC fans in the known universe and i thought i would weigh in on this. I think that the look of dante isnt important at all. the gameplay is key in the franchise. The combat in DMC is the best in any action game franchise and that is why i like it. Also i would seriously maim for a persona 5 announcement
