Also how is the cinematic that has nothing to do with the actual game play of TOR on this, the game is not bad, but why is this moment epic when you (your character) have nothing to do with it.

Star Wars: The Old Republic cut scene definitely was the most bad ass...c'mon now...who doesn't like a bad ass lightsaber duel!?

What an ignorant claim to make. Why don't you just congratulate the game instead of rationalizing its success? -_-

totally agree with chedderBBQ those were the best cinematics moments of 2011 not one second of actual gameplay although that would been hard to convey because everyones gameing moments are differant (I no aboat the incorerect spleeling)

I could go on but still Epic year for gamers PC, Console and handheld

Iam so looking forward to all the new games of 2012

Dom's death moving? What kind of world we are living in? The character had absolutely no personality, he was just a moving, generic mass of muscle like every other character in GOW. If you want characters that can move you, play games like Zelda or Shadow of the colossus for example, and you realise what's the difference between art and trash.

I was sad dom died, However I just could not relate to his character. I felt more attached to him in gears 1 then 3. I don't know why.

No matter how you feel about the game, the Dead Island trailer was absolutely brilliant.

All of these moments were really great. But gears of war was probably the one that most resonated with me. Ive played all the gears of wars, mostly with my friends too so im used to having dom around me at all times. And the scene where dom dies was probably one of the best scenes ive ever seen (next to the andrew ryan bioshock scene). Alot of people were upset because dom is such a big charater with such a rich backstory, but i think thats why he was the perfect choice to go. He was a character you knew and were attached to so when he died to save his friends it meant more. but you know, thats just my opinion.

Should be called "Best Gaming Cutscenes of 2011." If a game's best moment is its intro cinematic, it's a bad sign. I much more enjoyed latter parts of games like ACR and SR3 over just watching the trailers.
