God forbid you guys give Skyward Sword even a SHRED of credit. Maybe it won because it's an amazing game, and you shouldn't make fun of the fact that it won. The very fact that the game wasn't even NOMINATED on your lists is laughable when your viewers have said that it deserved to win GOTY. Basically, you're making fun of the viewers on their choice, and calling the voters all "enraged Nintendo fanboys". Just face it X-Play, your fans disagree with you, and you should acknowledge that SS was an amazing game.

I'm a fan of skyrim but what they said about zelda winning was clearly biased.

The people at G4 are Skyrim fanboys/girls. Skyward Sword legitimately beat Skyrim head to head in the Deathmatch, unlike Assassin's Creed: Revelations, so at least let the fans enjoy their win! We thought Skyward Sword was better than your Game of the Year, get over it G4.

All Nintendo fans are enraged because Skyward Sword didn't get nominated so everyone mass voted for Skyward Sword in revenge? You think too highly of yourselves. People voted for Zelda because it's a good game.

It's always the same with the people at G4. Most any other winner: it was a legit victory and a great game and deserved to win. If Zelda wins: lol looks like the fanboys/fangirls getting their way. It would be nice if they could at least admit that Zelda has consistently made great games over time and actually deserve the accolades it gets. If they are concerned they ought to create a life time achievement award and subsequently ban Zelda from entering but they won't do that either because like everyone else they will cow to the fans even if they must do so begrudgingly.
