It's time to crown your choice for the best game of 2011, after a month of hard fought battles, it's down to Assassin's Creed: Revelations and The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword for all the marbles in Videogame Deathmatch.

Kay, what if skyrim wins...would they say, "Ohh skyrim won b/c of its angry fanbase?" considering that skyrim has THE SAME AMOUNT of fans today? And all the games that were pitted against Zelda were SO CLOSE IN VOTES....so it's not like Zelda won by a longshot! Wow grow up. I lost faith in g4.

What's even more awful is that Nintendo of America was constantly tweeting about this Deathmatch too. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the Japanese developers were following the voting and watched the announcement, only to hear that their game won because of "angry fans".

G4, I would like to say that, well, you guys are idiots.
You pit Zelda up against two pushovers, trying to get it to lose to prove that it isn't great. Well, we won. So, as an insurance, you had us in the same bracket as Arkham City and Skyrim, thinking we couldn't possibly beat it.
WELL WE DID! WE BEAT SKYRIM! WE BEAT THE GAME YOU GAVE GOTY TO! WE WON THE ENTIRE DEATHMATCH! SO HOW THE HELL DID WE NOT WIN GAME OF THE YEAR!? THE PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN, AND CLEARLY YOU ARE FROM CHINA, BECAUSE YOU IGNORED OUR VOTE!
You say we were angry then? Well, we sure are angry now! I thought G4 would judge fairly. Now dont get me wrong. Skyrim is amazing. I own it and I am enjoying it. But just because Skyrim has hours of gameplay with lots of sidequests means you give it Game of the Year?
I was starting to like G4. I had taken part in the voting for previous deathmatches, and I was watching your spots. But with this display of immaturity and unfairness, you have lost a viewer.
I hope you drown in a sea of Zelda fans outside your offices.
