Skyward Sword only got nominated once?! What the heck?!

As a Nintendo fan... Zelda > Mario 3D Land. Otherwise, this list is a giant disappointment. LA Noire was only good for the animations, Gears of War 3 wasn't THAT good,

While we're at it... I couldn't help but notice Dragon Age II got snubbed for a Best RPG nomination. Does X-play even consist of actual gamers, or do they just look at pictures/trailers and go by that?

You know the funny part, all this Zelda fanboys calling game reviewers, bias, unfair, and alot unpleasant things, because Zelda was not nominee. It like the most racist person in the room tell other people that they racist.

Well, look at that, Skyward Sword is only nominated for be soundtrack and best motion control game...That's the way it should be.

No Zelda? I'm a Skyrim fan and I know we're up against Zelda right now, but that's a complete travesty to omit Skyward Sword. What a brilliant game, and how shortsighted G4 is. History will judge you poorly (well, actually it won't since G4 will be lost to history, whereas Skyward Sword won't...).

RAGE was a complete letdown, Crysis 2 or Killzone 3 should've had its spot on the best shooter list. C'mon G4, I never complain about how you guys run things, but I just wanted to let you know that good games did actually come out this year BEFORE the fall/holiday season schedule. A good game being released in late winter/spring time shouldn't hurt its chances of getting recognition.
