Hang in there Adam. Also, I liked the lighting in the Soapbox.
I wouldn't say I love the campaign; but does it really need a Sessler's Soapbox
what do you want in a military shooter? do you want realism, something along the lines of what is going on overseas right now? or do you want an action movie, pretty much COD which you described on feedback as a giant penis. i agree that there wasn't that one level from BF3 that you will remember forever (like the sniping mission from COD4) but the storyline kept me engaged, and playing it on a harder difficulty makes it much more exciting. i think that single player shooters as we know them are on their way out. they are too predictable and they are the same thing every time, unlike multiplayer where you are put up against real people who can reason and plan the same way that you do. that's why i never play FIFA against the CPU anymore, it's just too bland
Gotta say i agree i found myself pushing through Battlefields campaign and then jst realized how bland it was. But truly this game was meant only for multiplayer, with single player tagged on and im ok with that personally. I find it harder to play single player FPS games anymore *i,e rage which btw too was gorgeous and great AI but i steadily found no reason to keep going on through the game which dissapointed me :/. well anyway i love your soapboxes adam please dont ever stop! :D
I don't know why people say Bf is realistic. If that's realism, what Op Flashpoint?
I haven't played Battlefield 3 yet, but does anyone remember that shooter, XIII, way back in the Xbox, Ps2, and Gamecube days? It had this beautiful comicbook look to it, but boy was it dull. So dull I can barely remember anything about it.I guess that's the feeling of playing the Single Player of Battlefield 3.
Can anyone think of the best designed area in a first person shooter? I really enjoyed the aircraft boneyard level in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Ducking into cover, clearing my path, and sprinting through crossfire was a lot of fun.
Thanks for the honest review of the games, I completely understand what you are trying to say. I am sorry that people are reacting the way they are to your opinion. If they don't like the review then they don't have to read it! Go Adam!!!
i love when he disses people.
People really need to get over the Uncharted review its an opioion nothing more
Your new office looks exactly the same?
