    I'm surprised that the 1997 first-person shooter Blood by Monolith Productions is not on here. There were tons of gore in that game. Throw a stick of dynamite at an enemy and be showered with blood, guts, and body parts. You could also set your enemies on fire. Go find some videos of it and you'll see what I mean.

    Atleast Deadspace 2 and God of war was in there.
    But agreed with everyone else, what about Gears? And how about the resident evil franchise, Silent Hill, Prototype? Splatter house as mentioned. G4 has been so bad with everything lately.

    No Left 4 Dead?????? Because jumping on a human as the Hunter and ripping their intestines out isn't gory enough...

    i actually dont find ninja giden and mortal kombat THAT violent... i may be wrong tho but ive played both the newest ones

    Ok where the heck is No More Heroes that is by far the goriest game blood seriously rains from the sky and F.E.A.R should also be on this list.

    Ok, defintely agree with Mortal Kombat at #1, but think Gears should be somewhere on this list. I think ripping off somebody's arm and beathem to death with as blood splatters the screen is gory, but that just may be me. Also, I think Fallout should be at least in the top 5. That is oneof the great things about the the latter part of the series.

    this is NOT an opinion, but FACT that 2010's splatterhouse is the GORIEST game ever made...STUPID G4. you dont know gory games for CRAP

    I loved Manhunt, but yeah I'd name Dead Space 2 or God Of War 3 as the goriest game ever.
