Feedback -- Batman: Arkham City Impressions
In this edition of Feedback, Blair Herter is taking over Feedback as Adam Sessler sits in another seat and watch. Beside that, the G4tv team shares their reviews on Batman: Arkham City aka the best superhero game ever made.

to everyone who is complaining about change just shut up. adam isn't an immortal creature, you can't just expect him to dance like a monkey when you tell him to, he clearly wants more time to do other things.

also the show is still fine because its a news show and the video game news is still being talked about.

Okay, to everyone just ripping on Blair and saying how he's ruined Feedback and blah, blah, blah, what's the deal? Put yourself in his position. You work at a company for years, a dream job finally opens up, you're lucky enough to get it, and then you have people telling everyone who much you suck because they didn't like you five minutes into your new job. Give him a chance. The guy is a gamer, he's entertaining, and Adam won't be there, so someone has to fill his old job. Who would you rather it be? Sure, I really liked Abbie on here, and the original cast was great. But they've moved on. Would you still like to see a show about video games? If so, there's still a show where you can do that. If not, maybe you should move on, too.

good feedback, guys, as always. as to gamestop's used catwoman dlc it looks like they're charging the standard 54.95 for a used AAA title that's just come out- at least online.

I really enjoyed this feedback! Congrats to Blair Herter for being able to run Feedback, I always enjoyed him on the show. Hopefully Adam will keep sticking around on the show alot for more of his insight because he is literally the star of the show. Can't wait for next weeks feedback guys, keep up the amazing work.

i'm gonna miss the sess but he may be getting a bit tired of gaming shows since he's been doin it since the 90's lol i like blair though and as long as steven johnson and kevin kelly sit in every now and then it'll stay intresting.

Really not sure if I'm liking Blair as the host. He's okay in the panel, but yelling things into the microphone really don't make them funnier. Plus he seems uncomfortable with his own jokes sometimes. I don't know, I'll give it a few more episodes to decide whether or not I'll keep listening, but as a long-time listener this does make me sad.

Regarding the host switch and the panties it seems to be bunching: I am more interested in the content of the show than which G4 personality is on it.

At its core, the host's job should be to ask questions that make interesting discussions. The host should be informed and able to manage the flow of the conversation. In my opinion, panelists are just as, if not more, important. They will make it a quality show if they know a lot about the topic, have an opinion on that topic, and can make solid arguments.

When Feedback started, I was excited because of Sessler. When it comes to games, he has a unique combination of intelligence, passion, and knowledge and he is able to get all of that across to his audience. However, after watching a lot of Feedback, I would rather see him as a regular panelist with a host and other panelists that can challenge his ideas and generate a really good discussion.

In my opinion, Feedback is in a position that can promote critical discussion about games and the game industry. As games continue to get more mainstream, that kind of discussion will make games better and the industry stronger. I know G4 aims to entertain, I love the banter and humor in Feedback, but overall I would really like to see more in depth conversation.

I think Blair did a fine job, especially with the community questions (I'm assuming) he picked. I'm looking forward to more and hope The Sess will continue to be an important part of the show.

Entertaining Feedback, but sad that Adam Sessler will no longer be hosting the show. I'm sure Blair will do fine, but he's got to stop yelling loud when he's trying to be funny. It doesn't work for Joe Rogan, so why would it work for him. I won't lie to you, it's going to be hard filling in Adam's shoes and as others have mentioned, I hope we are not going to hear an announcement that he's leaving G4 or worse retiring from video game journalism altogether.

    R.I.P. Feedback

Well It was fun while it lasted. The Sess, Heppe, and Klepek were the one's who truly made Feedback a must watch podcast, and it's quality has slowly been declining with every missing member.

I like Blaire. He may not have the literary cred that Sessler has, but I don't feel like having to look up quotes from Tolstoy every time I want some gaming news anyway. Don't get me wrong, Adam is the man, but Blaire is pretty freakin awesome, too. On a side note, the white in the headphones doesn't play. Either paint them black or get them to give you some that aren't white.

Well i'm sad to see Adam go. I am now wondering about the repeated joke about Adam only living for three more years. Is Adam sick? No not in the way that many of us are with the mental problems, but with some thing incurable. Do we need to start a save Adam fund?

A comment regarding whether companies are going too far by putting significant portions of the game into DLC to deter the sales of used games. The moment that people stop buying the DLC and/or the game due to too much segmenting of the game into "main" and "DLC" is the moment the companies have gone too far. The fact that consumers are still buying DLC means this point hasn't been reached.

Besides Stephen Johnson s feedback music video that was the worst episode of feedback I have ever watched. Blair has ruined feedback and now well I guess I ll just have to listen to the gamer informer podcast and the invisible walls podcast from gametrailers because Blair you are literally one of the most obnoxious, unlikeable, human beings I have had the misfortune of listening to. R.I.P. FEEDBACK 2009-2011.

Having listened to Feedback pretty much since the beginning, i've seen some brilliant and intelligent panelist's come and go. However, the glue that held the show together has always been Adam. Not only was he able to present his arguments in an entertaining and informative manner, but he was always the authorative presence that a show of this type requires. Thank's for all the memories Adam. :)

Change is never easy, especially when it involves a show that you really enjoy. But i've had some concerns lately about the direction that the show has been taking with regards to some of the staff members who have been sitting on the panel. I wont target or name any individual as that would be unfair, but i definitely feel that the quality of some of the opinions that are being put forward has deteriorated lately. I would strongly urge newer listeners to go through the Feedback archives and listen to some of the older shows with Abbie Heppe, Patrick Klepek etc to see what i mean.

In my opinion, Blair is really going to have to up his game and change his presentation style if i'm going to bother continuing listening to the show. Past casts when Blair guest hosted have always been among my least favourite episodes. Comic relief only gets you so far and thats a big seat that Mr Sessler has vacated.

Please dont misunderstand me. I dont for one minute think that the job these folks do is easy, or that i could do a better job myself, because i dont. But then its not my occupation.
