Not too big on the change in graphics or the so called "HD" graphics they used to port RE4 but that isnt a huge issue with me, the reason i bought the game is with the recent RE6 announcement I felt some nostalgia for RE4, never owned it myself before now, since it was on Xbox arcade, decided it would be worth the $20 to own it and play it along with RE5 to keep me ready for November 20th.

HD doesn't mean improved graphics or a "rehaul", in its most basic sense it means a higher resolution and clarity. just think of HD movie remakes as an example.

Color Change =/= HD
My expectations for a HD remake is a complete rehaul of the game. In other words, I expect better looking polygons, shading, and fog effects. All I've seen in this was a change in the texture in which some cases were no different they just changed small amounts. At first glance it looks like a HD remake, but it's not by my standards. Now, it's good they're bringing it to the new consoles, but to someone that already has the game and has the capabilities of still playing it (like me) then it's not worth it.
