i enjoy the friendly rivalry between the two franchises. hope it stays friendly. but ill be skipping cod. bf3 looks amazing

MW3 and BF3 are two different games I realized this while playing bad company 2. How can you compare them? cod is fast paced with herping and derping while battlefield is large and team structured both are excessively fun for their fans so what's with the "competition" just because they're both about modern war. But I'm too poor for either so I'll just be playing gears 3 and ac revelations lol.

I'll probably rent both of these to see which is better eventually but to me there are better games coming out this fall and I'm still playing Gears 3 and Deus Ex.

teasers, trailers and gameplay footages only shows the good parts of the game, ill judge when i played this games hands on hehe

Pretty slack for a trailer considering we've seen better footage already. Oh and i'm sure that guy would be diving int he air after an explosion with his mouth calm and CLOSED! Poor effort on that.

i am starting to love this competition bw CoD and BF3. competition will make the CoD brand become better (hopefully) and won't die like tony hawk and Gh did (again, hopefully). i just hope activision realizes their money making franchise is being threatened by what looks to be an amazing game.

I cant wait for this game, i will be buying both CoD MWF 3 and this.... because there two different types of games. im upset to think that us as a gamer community havent seen the differences in play styles. Its like comparing apples to apple pears. Which are both freakin awesome to eat but completely different. maybe i should use a army reference, but im eating a apple pear.

at the end of the day they are both great games im grown i just like to play a good game and enjoy the experience so ill have to settle for both and be the judge on my own .. hopefully the multiplayer is not like Medal of Honor cause though the maps are huge its hard for me to connect too. plus all my friends play COD so u know

BF 3 is a definite buy for me. I've bought every CoD since UO and might skip on this year. We'll see though

After how Black Ops sucked as a PC port for the first month (Alot of us couldn't even play it till they patched it) I will be waiting to buy CoD this time and i'll be playing BF3 instead!
