I think its been said enough by others as well as myself, DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO ANY COMMENTS POSTED BY LUCIDITY OR DPsx7, THEY ARE ONLY FANBOYS OF THE HIGHEST CALIBER WHO GET THEIR JOLLIES FROM POSTING FLAME BAIT.

THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANY ATTENTION FROM ANY REASONABLE HUMAN BEING OR TRUE GAMER (true gamers being those who renounce fanboyism and embrace great games no matter the platform or the nature of the game, meaning casual or hardcore).

Fanboys are like any other douche bag from any walk of life, and they will disappear the moment they are ignored. So remember, if you are taken a back by a comment from either of those two, or any other fanboy on the web, and wish they would just go away, IGNORE THEM. DO NOT GET INTO AN ARGUMENT WITH THIS TYPE OF PEOPLE, BECAUSE THEY ARE INCAPABLE OF LOGIC OR RATIONAL THOUGHT. THEY ARE NOT IN THE ARGUMENT TO PROVE A POINT OR MAKE SENSE, THEY ARE IN IT FOR IRRITATION AND THUS BY ARGUING WITH THEM, THEY WIN.

That said, this game looks more like Resistance: FOM, obviously not graphically but in terms of atmosphere. Resistance: FOM won me over because of its great sense of atmosphere and pacing (minus the tutorial level) and of course the feel of the game. Resistance 2 strayed from that formula a bit and tried to be more like the generic FPS's of today, which for me was a bit of a disappointment.

Although, I loved some of the things about R2, like the online Co-Op and its setting, the fact that they went more for the mass appeal in terms of gameplay kind of turned me off a bit. I am really glad to see Insomniac taking Resistance 3 back to what made Resistance: FOM so great.
