Loving the arial combat with the jets and low flying infantry-support choppers.

Question: Do the jets only have tracers / machine guns?

Hoping to see some guided munitions as well. A 'time released' amount though, not an unlimited supply.

THIS.....LOOKS.......AWESOME!! !!!!!!! BUT.........We have all been taken in by awesome trailers and then it turns out to be a crappy game. Not saying that this is going to be bad. I am praying so hard that the actual gameplay is as awesome as this. PLEASE GOD. PLEASE PLEASE LET THIS BE AS AWESOME AS THE TRAILER!!!!! I'm going to get this game anyways and hope for the best. You'll see me in the skies.

honest to god, ever since i saw heaven (this game) at E3 (gate to heaven), i have not wanted to play anything on my xbox because i want this so bad and nothing can measure up to my want for BF3.

Looking at the Vids for BattleField3 should make the COD creators feels like they just got PNWD! I mean really if they didn't just keep Milking the market the way they did once they found a good formula, then they would have had MW3 looking like this game instead of the same old ModernBoreFare!

could someone point me to dice's legal department because i was unable to pick my jaw up from the floor on time and my girlfriend tripped and banged her head into my 360 and now it is in pieces. what an amazing look to it? i can't wait to get my hands on this game!!!

I have to admit, i am not a First Person shooter type, I am more a Roleplay/strategy, but this video convinced me to at least be excited about one. The Call of Doody just got flushed i think, wow.

I'm soooo so soooo sooooooo glad they brought back the jet combat. I think this is tied with the first singleplayer trailer for best footage so far. Finally EA's stepping up to the plate to build something memorable out of the lately feeling monotonous FPS genre.

Only reason CoD will sell more is because of the Name brand itself. Its CoD, just like Halo people will keep buying them because they are sucked into the name. Face facts, very very little has changed from CoD4 all the way up the chain to MW3. New weapons (Maybe 5 if we are lucky) couple new kill streaks, and a handful of new maps. Sounds more like a DLC to me. Regardless of Sales BF3 will be a better game, and i would rather have all those little S$%t head kids play on the CoD servers with their "Quickscope" BS and blah blah blah. Leave BF3 to us normal individuals who like intense, adrenaline fueling, non-stop action fun. Have a good day.

sorry Ace Combat, thought about you, but theres someone else. Its not you its... ok its you... the someone else is Battlefield 3. I know Ace, youve been good to me, but battlefield has been better, i think its best that i leave you for Battlefield 3. Why you ask? Well, its hard to say. Your really good at what you do, i mean real good, that new thing you got goin'? yeah i like it, but well money is tight. And battlefield 3, well it can do what you do. Im sure youll find that special someone, maybe a CoD kid... well good bye... HELLLOOOO BATTLEFIELD

I have every intention of buying and enjoying Battlefield 3, however the fighter jets, especially from the ground unit's point of view, appear to be unnaturally slow. I understand sacrificing realism in the name of game play, but I really didn't get the great sense of speed you would expect from aerial combat.

I'm sure it'll be fun regardless.
