I find this list half ass backwards (sorry about the profanity) it should go.

1. Carmine (preferably the first but that doesn't matter its still Carmine)

2. Marcus Fenix for being the games main character and having the best voice actor

3. Dominic Baird his witty sarcastic comments make him an easy choice for #3

4. General RAAM

5. and for all you fanboys I put Cole as number 5

the rateings are wrong marcus is 1 or 2 at the least my idea of it marcus#1 cole#2 Baird#3 Dom#4 and carmine who must not die #5 I mean why kill carmine for a third time the trilogy needs change not the same old thing over and over again all i am trying to say is doint kill carmine everybody already expects it but i have found that 99% of the time people have said that they are to save carmine not kill him so why not surprise the voters like me with a living carmine for once it is annoying that you already know what is going to happen to carmine and that just makes the trilogy boaring to everybody so forget tradition for this once and save carmine everbody thumbs up if you would join me in this thumbs down if you dointthat is all i have to say everyone just aid me in this one thanks

wow, the sterotypical black guy who acts as the soul source of and positive emotion in the whole series was number 1, big shocker. I'm sorry but since X-play and G4 sold out, its as predictable as the sun rise and barely worth watching if for only release info on games and what not.

None of these characters are unique or original. They are all just Hollywood/Video Game archetypes that we've seen over and over, from the formerly imprisoned-turned-savior (Marcus Fenix) to the loud, obnoxious, smack talking black guy (Cole Train).

3. Clayton Carmine
4. Baird
5. a tie between Carlos Santiago (Doms brother)and Anya

I still think Griffin, Minh, Bernie, Dizzy, COG gear (Isaiah Mustafa's character), Adam Fenix, and Sam are awesome though. im not a huge fan of Dom, Hoffman or Prescott though. SAVE CARMINE!!!
