Uh-oh! Looks like they might actually explore the storyline of the Parkers...not even the comics did Peter's folks justice so I hope that works out...also, are those STILL not webshooters??

Wow, apparently you guys no nothing about spiderman. The Amazing Spiderman takes place while he is in high school. this has nothing to with the previous three. for one he has webshooters, something the first never had. and two this is a "reboot" not a remake. a reboot is when you start the franchise over with a original story line. much like how warner bros. did the dark knight. and how can you say a movies suck based off a trailer. if i said a movie suck based off the trailer, hell i would never see a movie. everyone of you knows nothing about how the upcoming films is going turn out so stfu

Let's judge the movie off of the very first trailer shall we people? Give it a shot. The kid is a decent actor, fits the Peter Parker profile much better than Maguire. Obviously they are taking a new tone with this series of Spider-Man. Let them do their thing and stop bitching for the sake of bitching.

I can't believe that Trailer. What happen to the story. Another remake/reboot. It's not even close to the Original Movie. Wow all that money and they couldn't even make a new movie/story. Are you kidding?

WOW. Loved Andrew Garfield in The Social Network, and personally think hes much less annoying than Toby Maguire. That first person sequence is kinda what sold me. Can't wait! :)

hmmm.... I'm not sold... I really want it to be good, but it's not catching me the way Sam Raimi's Spider Man did. Best of luck though!

It was looking good, until it turned into Brink. I mean, what the hell was that? Was this movie created with the Unreal engine?

I though it took place in the same story line as the other movies just during Peter's high school years, not a reboot (already)
