ok the whole deal with POISON being a man, or transvestite, or whatever, is not official as far as I'm concerned. The MAIN reason it ever became an issue was because of the fear of ridiculous American feminist groups protesting against beating women...so capcom decided that if they said she was a tranny or "newhalf" they would be able to protect themselves from protests and such. This was WAY back in the late 80s early 90s, back when the U.S. was far more sensitive to violence in videogames than they are today.

So.. EFF that, Poison is a chick far as I'm concerned. She was originally created as a woman, and there would be no debate if it weren't for american feminists. And any man who is dead set on thinking Poison is a man instead of a woman clearly prefers men over women.
