Well I would claim there are tons of Triple A movies coming out this summer but they only last 2 hours then its over so, videogames all the way.
I wish they released Skyrim in the summer. That would be the only game that that could hold me over to the holidays without any other games coming out no questions asked. I could also imagine it being Game of the Week for several weeks of the summer/ or whole summer!!

Haha Adam totally skipped Emily at the end there.

On the subject of the working hours of Team Bondi, I think one point needs to be made. Employment is merely another form of barter and trade. Specifically, you sell your labour for a salary or wage. If you don't feel that you are getting a good deal, you "shop around" - find another job. If the working conditions are so horrible, no one will work there, and the people running Team Bondi will cease to make money, while the great devs work at other companies making great games with better working conditions. Problem solved.

First off, thanks for answering my question!
I really don't think this was just a case of Team Bondi "whining" because they're Australian and aren't used to working overtime. Obviously the sources are anonymous so we can't be sure they're telling the truth, but some specific points reported are:
- Mandatory crunch hours of 9AM-7PM M-F and 10AM-5PM Sat/Sun since August 2009
- Not getting paid for the overtime if you quit prior to 3 months before completion
- Saying of Brendan McNamara: "it was incredibly common for him to scream at whoever was pissing him off in the middle of the office."
I understand that plenty of game developers voluntarily work overtime because they're so passionate about their job, but when overtime is mandated for such a long period of time it just burns out developers and hurts the industry as a whole.

The old guy in the window at the beginning of the episode is hilarious! Awesome camera work! LOL! Also, I've been drinking.

Why do all people with a microphone at G4 feel the need to make snide comments about conservative politicians that have no relevance to gaming or technology. I understand discussing issues like the supreme court case, but just the weekly Michele Bachmann bashing etc. is just getting old. Like Hollywood personalities, you seem to forget that roughly half of your audience does not agree with your liberal views and when you don't actually have intelligent political debate and just make negative comments all you do is turn off half your audience and make people like me lose respect for you because you show no respect for your audience.

I can see what Adam means by the Tank video, but I think hes being a little hung up on it. I Respect his opinion but I havent forgotten those other ones they showed at the beginning of the year. Those looked far more impressive then the new CoD game. (Im not being a Fan boy im just stating the facts.) Sure a tank battle doesnt seem as impressive, but alot of the military shooters now have focused on multiplayer more then single play. Since DICE is making it i fully trust them in the multiplayer part.
