needs more SLOW-MOTION-ACTION!

i hate for this to be the first comment left for this film but, that was terrible! he plays the game ONCE, finishes it, it won't let him leave, and that's it?! why not show him trying to escape, trick or hack the computer system or his girlfriend trying to get him out through some means? i'm glad it was only 10 min. long and free, i'd be sorely disappointed otherwise. i call shenanigans, g4tv!!

Damn fine short movie. There should be more like this.

I really liked the effects. Though they were top notch. Not really my cup of tea but good effort.

I nearly yelled at my monitor " Is that it !?!"

At The Wall was an awesome film. The story, acting, and SFX were very good. It was an interesting concept and this may definitely be the future we are moving towards. Great job to all who were a part of this film.

This is the best thing I've seen in ages. This is not a gratuitous compliment; I'm stingy with superlatives.
Here's why I liked it:
- I let me ask a lot of questions [didn't hand me everything], which kept me interested and engaged.
- I didn't know what the relationship between the characters was. I liked that.
- I liked his excitement and her foreboding. It got me to care about the characters, quickly, with no dialogue. Impressive and good. If I don't care about the characters, I'm gone.
- The foreshadowing with "I'm not dead yet" is good, with the double meaning that players don't think about.
- I liked the look of it. His suit was good. I liked the near-future feel with the retro game.
- I also liked his recognition of the suit (whether his or not - but only one there, hm) and nostalgic happiness at it.
- I liked that I had to wonder why [SPOILER ALERT] it was shut down, figure it was because [this is just me talking] of an "accident" that was probably followed by a lawsuit with a secret settlement and PR spin machine/cover up. Or, maybe people got bored and stopped playing. Maybe her worry going there was just because they were breaking in. But why did he have a pass? Employee? At first I'd thought employee, Silkwood-echoes of awful. Then later thought, status-pass for really good players? But employee made more sense to me. You see? Still asking questions. The best movies do that for me.
Good stuff. And good pacing.

Great job Russ, the camera loves you! The concept, set and overall look and feel of the film: outdoors, the backdrop (cityscape, wind farm) is very cool. Being sterile and devoid of human contact sets the stage for the interior scenes... being trapped and controlled by the game. I would like to see more... Big sci-fi fan here. Great costume too.

Once again, my hats off to Russ Russo, who continues to show time and time again just how extraordinary an actor he remains. I've said many times before what an honor it was for me to work with him, and time and time again, he shows his mastering of potent subtlety, nuanced and pronounced physical expression and ideal delivery. Kudos Russ. I'll be blowing this up for you as usual. Oh and facebook friends, obviously check it.
