The more Nintendo continues to throw stuff onto a hand held system instead of treating things with more care by putting them on their larger system.. the more I lose interest in Nintendo and focus on Xbox 360.

I'm thinkin' yet another GOTY award goes to Rocksteady. I mean sure UC3 and Revelations will be top-notch as usual--the two series get better and better with each passing installment. But, nothing beats Batman having relatively free reign roaming around Gotham City with new and improved gameplay and gadgetry; and being able to play his bosom buddy, Catwoman, is simply icing on this scrumptious cake.
Other games would have to pull some magic trick to beat Arkham City. Batman is simply too iconic a character and Rocksteady knows the franchise so well; and if they can't do something themselves, they've got DC backing them as well as a plethora of stories and iconic figures to delve into. If this game were just Akrham Asylum with a new setting and enemies it'd still be GOTY in my book. Of course it's not going to win say the most originality award, but in terms of enjoyability, the lore, quality of the characters and setting, and the pure adrenaline rush playing as the caped crusader it's unbeatable.

My pick is The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword because it brings the next adventure for Link with Motion Plus controls, new dungeons, and whole lot more.
