i want to see a wand'esq controller that interfaces with kinnect. i love the hands free capabilities kinnect offers however, i feel that more players would get involved if there was a prop to use as a sword or gun in some games. it is just a bit silly to pretend your hand is a gun. but if there was a prop, i would feel more comfortable and more attached to the situational experiance that some games provide, ie, call of duty, assasins creed, etc. Like i said, i love the hands free experiance and the jarvis like potential kinnect offers, i just feel more game franchises could harness the endless potential by using this small prop. thats just what i think....

You re were a bit down on the application of the vocal commands in Mass Effect 3, and your right, it s the wrong product and wrong conversation tree archetype for that particular application. But I think you have grounds to be excited about the idea for future titles. I m sure you can imagine that system working a lot cleaner with a game like LA Noir[e] with its much more streamlined truth/doubt/lie commands. Also this would add to the sense of emersion particularly for those people not use to dealing with a controller. Imagine the potential for a Grey's Anatomy or Days of our Lives product using that facial capture technology to appeal to the mom demographic. Particularly now that the WiiU is set to be able to handle HD display.

I usually won't get Elder Scrolls games until they release their inevitable expansions. I'll be picking up Old Republic until then!

I can't believe in your discussion of inFamous 2 you didn't include any mention of how solid the endings are...

I may burn in hell for even mentioning this... but after this 2011 E3, my reaction is not of excitement, but of frustration. Watching Adam & co. tirelessly working to fill my brain with all E3 had to offer... all this "new" coming at us, all I could think about was... my iPad2, and how sold I am to adopt it as my sole gaming device. Why? Games are reasonably priced and increasing in depth, has great processing power, the screen is beautiful, easy to buy games from a single source, and I can store all my games in one place without dealing with cartridges filling my shelf space. I don't need 3D, I don't need a 20 hr adventure... all I want is fun, quality, convenience and affordability. Is that too much to ask? So, iPad2 is my idea of the future of gaming. See you in hell.

It's obvious you'd just call BioShock Infinite a masterpiece.

Thank you for all your hard work you guys provided comprehensive and ENJOYABLE E3 coverage. One of the reasons I respect you all at G4 is because you are all fairly intelligent. If you think I am brown nosing then please go take a look at Spike TV's pathetic high school production they attempted this year at E3.

Lol, look at all the ridiculous BF3 fanboys. Awww, you guys mad just because Adam and the gang didn't speak highly of its E3 demo and also didn't bash MW3.

Grow up! Its their opinions, so I suggest you all stop bitching everytime someone says something negative about BF3, cause I know one thing for sure, its not going to outsell MW3 in October and that's a FACT.

When you guys mention STEAM sales, i really don't think it's as high as you think. You can go on STEAM and see how many people played what game a day, and i have never seen a game have that many players in a day, o the sales must not be that high honestly. i know you can't tell how many of those are unique day to day then the same players, but you can get an idea of how many people may have bought the game since they are playing it.

I am sure they are making money off STEAM but i dont htink sales on STEAM are reaching millions of units, i owuld gather a guess that nothing on STEAM has sold more then 500,000 units based on the players online and the games they play day to day.

Really didn't get the Runescape thing... I never played the game and don't really intend to, but the reason I browse the web and/or read reviews is to know if a game is good and worth my time, not if some resident reviewer believes that a game is "worth the price"...
That is for me to decide, as such it doesn't really matter if it is free, costs 1$, 50$ or 20.000$, what really matters is that I get an insight in what it is and how it plays and then decide if it is worth playing for me or not. What it boils down to is one publication not paying attention to products I might be interested in (also Indie games and more largely PC games etc.), so basically ignoring one part of the industry and focusing only on all those "AAA" titles instead. That's why I go to sites like RPS when I want to know about games and visit G4 for the entertaining shows and banter.
Also those moments where Adam or whoever just kind of "looks down" on certain people and raises some issue, then comments on it from a rather narrow one-sided patronizing perspective followed by his patented "hohohoho" laugh are kind of an annoying part of the show.
