the reason they say marvel 3 is because its shorter than saying "Marvel vs Capcom 3", tard! and plus most pro's use marvel characters only...

They are so right that MVC2 and MVC3 are like apple and oranges, that even though one has something the other doesn't it still a great game to play, but now we such have to wait for MVC3 to outlive it's predecessor.
