ROFL, since when are games used for a source of historical reference. It's just a game and Kevin understands that. He was just having a light moment by throwing out a silly observation. If you want a boring interview using only scripted questions then stick with CBS, etc. This is G4 and I'm glad they can feel comfortable enough with the Devs to have a moment of levity during an interview.
As far as historical accuracy goes, show me where an assassin wonedered cities by scaling walls and zipping down ropes to assianate a person every few minutes like you do during the game. Yeah, that's right never happened. In real life if you were to assassinate a high level person the whole city would be locked down while they tortured and killed anyone and everyone that may of had the slightest idea who was involved, and you would have to leave town for several months maybe years. That doesn't make for a very interesting game, lol. Historical accuracy and games, pffff, yeah ok.
Still though, a beautiful looking game, they certainly put quailty effort into recreating that time period, impressive.
Howee
flamethrowers have been around since ancient times, though back then they were a similar system to what we have now as a water gun

I'm a bit shocked Kevin was alluding to the fact that medieval flamethrowers did not exist.
seems like bit of an ignorant/naive move on his part.
