I noticed many of the G4tv E3 booths were near World of Tanks, MMO tank sim. Ironically enough, I started to play that MMO (part time) recently. It is fun, but not something that most people will play over Rift or WoW; and my RIFT buddies call me in from time to time. So when the tanks reloading, I raid in RIFT still.

Sorry Uncle Casey, no GW2 at media only E3 they careless about you guys and only do Events that true fans get their hands on it to get the real opinions that matter to them where the money is! Personally I'm glad Tera wasn't shown either, because to hear them say how they gonna redefine something again I rather shoot my self in the head! ToR though show alot at E3 yet no date for release! I'm fine with that But NO open beta date either!!! Come on Bioware your better then EA you see what happens when a MMO is released with no proper open beta they turn to FFXIV, Aion, or Warhammer online (aka EA super Fail MMO)!

Things I was sad to see at E3 was no news of secrete projects of Square Enix! No Trion news of the Sci Fi channel MMO Defiance! and Blizzard Trolling E3 with fake booth on the floor plans telling you to watch Blizz con! Plus no Bungie leaking all the FPS mmo that activision has plan in the future! I wanted to hear more Tigerblood DNA PR cover up stories! <~~~ truly sad face = (

Typo in previous post, EA's fiscal year is from April 1, 2011 to March 31, 2012.

    Casey,
No release date for TOR, and I wasn't expecting one. SWTOR.com community manager, Stephen Reid has done an excellent job in setting expectations. Numerous times we've been told that we would get obvious signs there would be an impending release date announcement. Chief among those would be the announcement of Pre-Order information. That did not come before E3, ergo, no release date.

There is some news on the release date front though. Previously we have only been told second half of 2011. In a call between EA and financial industry analysts, EA said they are looking for the game to come out by the end of Q2 FY 2012 or the Beginning of Q3 FY 2012. EA's FY 2012 runs from April 1, 2011 through March 31, 2011. So late Q2/early Q3 means they are targeting a Sept/Oct 2011 launch.
However they said they would hold off on announcing a release date till much closer to the actual date because, they did not want to give that info to their competition to early.

My guess is they don't want Blizzard to prepare a huge content patch to launch the same week. They may even launch TOR the week of Blizzcon.

Anyone else having serious issues with G4TV's site? I had to reload this video 7 times on internet Explorer (gave up) and 4 times on Firefox just to get it to begin to load. -.-

Same with the homepage, except after 3 refreshes is just completely breaks and says E3 hasn't started yet, Lmao.
