Out of the force classes, the Inquisitor always looks the best. Still, when the game comes I will favor the none force classes. Especially the Imperial Agent and the Bounty Hunter. Before the game arrives, it would be good if the site does a class/species combinations and lore guide or article. Though most of the species in the game ain't very distinct visually, they offer some unique lore backgrounds such as the noble lineages of the sith purebloods, the artificial enhancements of cyborgs, and the secrecy of the Chiss Ascendency.

This guide seems incomplete and a couple parts are inaccurate. It's focused heavily on the sorcerer advanced class.
Assassins do use their lightsaber a lot. In fact most of their abilities are melee attacks or using the force through their blades. And assassins do use shield generators as they are one of the three tanking classes on the imperial side.
Plus, whirlwind only lasts a minute for sorcerers not assassins. They get their own crowd control later on.
So I say this is primarily a Sorcerer guide, not an Inquisitor guide.

Had a blast with my Sith Inquisitor during the test period. Great story line. Nice change of pace from all the other MMOs

Whirlwind and Overload are the utmost powers a Sith Inquesitor needs. I would like to see Starkiller uses it on Darth Vader and the Emperor in "Force Unleashed". Better than that, I would like to see it used in "Star Wars Battlefront", "Dark Forces", "Jedi Knights", and perhaps "Soul Calibur 4". Yoda, Darth Vader, and the Apprentice.

Whirlwind is good stuff when ranked up and it affects 2+ dudes at once. Makes soloing easier and helps in flashpoints with the extra CC of course. Plus, it's more lightning ! !

"No, the Inquisitor will stick to their Force powers and use their blade only when necessary, thank you very much."
Speak for yourself, I loved chopping up my enemies with my blade. I can't let Khem Val have all that fun to himself now can I? It's also a lot fun to run into the middle of a group and use Overload but you have to be aware of your surroundings or else you end up with more mobs than you intended (because Khem Val goes running after someone and aggros more); but that's okay because you can handle them. Overload is also good for insta-kills if you're in the right location. :)

Whirlwind, cool to see but pretty useless in a fight.
