Well nice attempt at a jab at Age of Conan, but it's really unfounded. All the negative points people bring about AoC are about 2 years out of date. The vast majority of the issues that people got upset about were fixed about a month after it's release. Plus it gained subs upon release of the expansion.

Plus about WoW, it's amazing that media keeps saying "WoW peaked at 11.5 million" while apparently ignoring how Blizzard said they broke 12 million when Wrath released in China. So uh, it actually peaked Back Then, and is currently falling a tad. Yes I'm sure Rift had a small hand in that.
