I do love this game even though you're going to have to work hard for some good combos.

blair wtf if u havnt played the game that many people hold close to there fighting genre then why in the hell did u say anything on half of mortal kombat. u were one of my favorite 3 people on xplay until u did this this puts adam over lol.first the krypt is in game not online dumbass and second the cutscenes shouldnt be able to be skipt becuase it would interfere with the awsome no loading screen, also it force people to intake a new story so that they understand whats happening in the next game in the series.also comparing it to the marvel vs capcom 3 on the mortal kombat series is an insult u are such a biased whore.and ur probobly going to hell for doing this game such an injustice by reviewing it

wow Herter still has COD in his head that he dont know how the Story is on Mortal Kombat. and these guys r jealous that PS3 is better with fighting games. they should know its Sony's fault for suing the low life hacker. G4 dont know video games anymore.

So.... Herter didn't even play the game did he? He's obviously just spouting off nonsense. The cutscenes aren't very long... maybe 3 minuets at most. The LONGEST one is at the end of the game before the finale boss.

Seriously, get someone who isn't a total tool to review the game. Maybe someone who knows what they're doing.

Who ever reviewed MK9 is an idiot why would g4 not get an actual tournament player to review this they would have given a more specif review of the gameplay not fatalitys the g4 offices are in Socal one of the biggest fighting games scenes in North America. G4 you need to get someone that actually knows what they are doing to review a game.
And FYI the MK9 story mode is the best in any fighting game ever and that's not just my opinion everybody in the fighting game scene that has played it has said it is.

Did Herter even play the game? The story mode is awesome and the Krypt has absolutely nothing to do with online.

I can't believe Morgan Webb was unavailable to review or talk about this, isn't she one of the biggest MK fangirls on record at G4?!

Also, kudos to starting up with the Immortals' composed theme song of MK Kevin, makes me wanna Tae Bo kick all over the room LOL!
