Who's the idiot who said, quote " I'm glad I didn't give Sony a penny for PSN." It's for free idiot! You wonder why so many hate 360 fan boys. I'm not angry at Sony at all, it's not their fault. I'm patient.

I honestly think Sony and Microsoft should work together, in the interest of competition why beat an injured opponent; Microsoft is more skilled at Online things Sony is less obviously. It would be an great show respect and support.

Brink is your answer to your perfect multiplayer game.

Adam "Play without getting yell at"

Brink bribes you with experience to help your teammates with either buffs or heals or doing secondary objectives. If you suck at killing people their are plenty of ways you can help your team win without shooting a single shot. Just the fact that the game bribes you with XP to help your team I believe that it will form a greater bond between teammates therefore I really don't think you are going to be getting yelled at because you are helping them and they love you for it.

    Nicole says "Community & DLC"

Brinks community is getting huge. There are so many sites with the heavy support for Brink. And plus what I said above that Team work is a necessity in this game and the bribing of XP will make people want to work together which I think will bring people together that will reduce hating and yelling. And Splash Damage said Brink isn't a 1 shot gaming meaning when it comes out its not done with. They will be constantly updating and working on DLC for the game.

Michael says "Ranking Systems so the n00bs can play without getting destroy"

Brink has 5 ranks which places you in a game with players at the same skill level. The whole point of Brink is that Splash Damage wants everyone to have a better experience with multiplayer games because they love them. Also Brink is all about making the game very easy so everyone can get into the game without having to spend the many hours of getting really good at the game. They don't want to put you in a game where you constantly die and say wow what just happened? They don't want you to be lost or confused. When you die they want you to say oh they did that so you learn from it so you can use that tactic and/or learn how to react better when you run into it again.

Stephen says "Chess simplicity to its growing complexity"

In Brink when you start out its very basic. The games controls and movement system SMART is suppose to help you play the game without worrying about everything else. They just want you to focus on aiming and shooting. But when you play the game more and more you will understand how to move around the terrain and how to shoot better making the game grow in complexity. Also everytime you level up you gain new abilities that make the game grow tactically. So when you play the mission again a 2nd time around its a whole new experience because you have a new ability that opens a whole new tactically stand point. And when you get all of the abilities it really opens some very complex tactical gameplay. Which is basically "Chess".

If you haven't checked this game out you should because its going to be the best shooter and multiplayer game ever. And its going to shatter genres as we know it and its going to redefine gaming in many ways.

All I could say to myself when they all were saying about their perfect multiplayer game is BRINK.
-Stephen Johnson says "If it can have Chess simplicity at first and complication when you play it more and more and get better at it".

-Brink answers with... when you first play the game its really just the your guns, easy movement with SMART and the few basic abilities you start out with. But when you get better at the game you start to level up and when you start to level up you start to unlock ablities that enhance the tactical abilities in the game. They have said their appeal for people coming back and playing the game is when you are a new level you have new abilities which give you new options and new approach to the game which allows you to create new strategies. Therefore when you are playing the level again it won't feel like the same experienced you played earlier because its new.

-Michael Leffler says "Ranking System so the n00bs can have fun too"

-Brink answers with... there are 5 level ranks which keeps you with players at your skill level. The whole reason for Brink is to break the barrier down to all players for multiplayer. Which basically means they want to make it fun and easy for all players even people who are not that great. They want to teach you how to get better at multiplayer games at the same time. They said they don't want you to be playing and die and say wait how did that happen? They want to put you with people at your level so when you die you say oh he/she did that so you learn from it so than you can use that tactic for yourself and better prepare yourself when it happens again. They don't want you to be playing a game against people you constantly destroy you so you aren't having fun.

Nikole Zivalich says "Community and DLC"

Brink answers with... so far if you have been following Brinks community it has been getting huge. Brink.tv is something new that is going to be starting when the game starts out. Its all about showing game footage and helping out players with tactics that they learn etc... And Splash Damage says Brink is not a 1 shot game meaning when it comes out thats it. They will be updating the game and adding DLC to it.

Adam Sessler says "Playing with people who don't yell at you for being bad"

Brink answers with... Brink is all about team work. In order to complete your missions you will need to work together with your teammates. In pretty much all shooters its all about getting kills so people just killwhore all game. And if you don't get any kills and die alot than you suck and people hate you. Well in Brink the game bribes you with more XP by doing objectives and buffing and helping your teammates than just killing. Players can't just go lone ranger and expect that they will win the game all by themselves. And the fact that the game encourages team work and working together it will solve that problem. Because I mean I do yell at people who are ridiculously bad. And I feel like in Brink the fact that you can help your team win without firing a single shot will resolve that. If you can't kill people and you are hacking things, destroying things or repairing things and making it easier for us I will not yell at you. If you run around and buff me and heal me I will love you. I seriously don't see how I can yell at someone when they are constantly helping me out even if its not just killing people which is awesome.

Therefore for anyone who hasn't checked out BRINK you are crazy and you should check it out because it is going to be the BEST MULTIPLAYER GAME EVER! AND BEST SHOOTER EVER! This game will be my Call of Duty Killer. :)

This PSN shutdown has me upset. Not only is it possible that my information has been obtained, but this is happening during my spring break. :(

    Great Feedback, guys!

While Sony's hacking woes are unfortunate (and a pain for gamers/consumers) it is important to note that no one is truly immune to this kind of attack, nor are they they first to attacked in this manner--like my University last summer.

This could have easily have happened to MS or Netflix or any number of subscription websites or corporations that carry our personal information. No place online is truly "safe," but some are safer.

This is the risk we take online. Whether we like it or not, much of our personal information is already online, catalogued and stored by multiple sources.

Also, I think a lot of the anger being pitched at Sony stems from a lack of a villain. People want a face or group to hate, to put the blame on for the disruption of Sony's service and for illegally accessing their information, and in the absence of that we'll even blame the victim (which Sony is, as are we).

In time more will be revealed.

Personally, I'm not ditching Sony or Sony gaming.

Thanks a lot, Sony. You've just pushed me one step closer to reverting to an xbox fanboy. Luckily, I am still on XBL so I will gladly play on a QUALITY, SECURE online gaming network. Also, YAY... A NEW NINTENDO :D
