Tech Junkie: Xbox 360 Controllers

Master Mod from Evil Controllers and The Avenger from N-Control are two alternatives to the standard-issue Xbox 360 controller, and here Adam Sessler and Blair Herter let you know if they're any good.

Modded controllers do NOT make you better at a game. I know pleanty of people with them who suck, and I know people who play better with the regular ones.

BTW.... Its not useless when they patch. The controller itself can be hooked to the computer and patched so that patches don't break it. You guys might want to do a little more research before you review a product.

I got one of these and it wouldn't stay attached to either of my 100% original Xbox 360 controllers for more than 10 seconds of use. Seller said he would help and after 5 weeks still nothing. Seller is now saying they will not send one. Also threatened legal action if I posted any negative reviews.

Contacted Avenger directly and they did not respond after 5 weeks either.

Great concept but poor quality. Don't bother. Waste of money.
