Zelda is more then just a franchise, its a corner stone of video gaming, a game that has existed for 25 years, through multi platfors...seriously Zelda never relied on graphics it relied on gameplay/storyline that is why its not just great but a true Legend in video gaming world

Lol, Starcraft can't be one of the best franchises. It only has 2 games in it, lol. The only reason it won so many deathmatches is because this is a PC based vote and PC gamers communicated with each other to vote for their beloved PC obsession, starcraft.

I'm glad Zelda won, it is my second favorite game series. But if Kingdom Hearts was on the list...that's another story :D

Awesome. I've always loved The Legend of Zelda. Its really cool the it one that. The Legend of Zelda deserved that win.

oooh and another thing..zelda has ONE DIFFICULTY! it's the same thing over and over again...people are blinded by their memories as a child....Starcraft is a better game overall...and YA'LL KNOW IT!

wow...that's ridiculous..there is so much more you can do with starcraft ...you can play starcraft for HOURS and never get bored...online play alone trumps the zelda franchise...so zelda's been out since 86, released more games and?? they were all the same...when you think of zelda you only think of one game anyway..Ocarina of time...Majora's Mask was garbage...the gameboy version was just tedious..yes legendary I agree..but tedious nonetheless...Starcraft, has endless competitors...hundreds of new maps made daily, endless amount of UMS games you can play...there's so much you can do with sc...with zelda..once you beat the game that's it...done...sure you can play it over again, but your just gonna be doin the EXACT same thing ....Starcraft OWNS Zelda hands down.

Honestly, I don't like Zelda and i love starcraft 2. But I'm happy zelda won, because atleast it realy deserved, because it has prooven itself time and time aagain. Yet i stay loyal to Starcraft, but i don't hate on Zelda :)

Lol gratz to zelda. It is an AWESOME game. I am a starcraft 2 fan all the way but whatever if they were going to be beat at least it was by an established well deserving franchise like LoZ gg guys. Unfortunately whats up with all the BM though?
