inFamous 2 User-Created Missions GDC 2011 Preview
inFamous 2 is going to have user-created missions and Karl Deckard, Senior Designer for Sucker Punch, explain how creative you can get when making your own missions or remixing other missions.

    I'm just wondering if there is a way to Switch objectives mid mission. For instance If I want to make a mission where I Escort police men into a train then have to power the train to a objective and then with the police's help attack a large group of enemies would it be possible.
    Also What if I want to make a Obstacle course where at times you have to defeat a bunch of guys that pop up in the middle of it. or where Shooting gallery bits crop up while you have to jump though rings.
    If it is possible then I could see some fantastic multipart missions cropping up.

    Damn... First thing I thought when I heard about this was making some horribly inappropriate "evil" missions. Seriously though, I love the new genre of "Play, Create, Share" that has become infectious in the video game development. There are games that are solely based on this, like LittleBigPlanet 2 and Mod Nation racers, but other games are really starting to jump on board with this idea. This generation of gaming allows a truly creative and connected experience that enriches the video game realm.
