The dragon fight looks totally unique and original.

A dragon that goes in to the air at a % health, starts breathing "fire" down, and spawns additional things for you to fight while it flies?

UNHEARD OF, totally wasn't in Vanilla WoW or anything, you know, in 2004.

To be honest this Video, just got me not to play Rift like every Video of Rift i saw till now.

10man and 20man content is fine, but

1. even when i dont play WoW anymore, there is a Reason, why Blizzard put 10 and 25 man together.
Its cause if you dont either will feel left behind and its normally the smaller group, since they cant get all content.

2. 10 man content being open world means its zergable by getting 20 friends to join and just kill it with 30 people, if you do it organized you can just put people who need loot into the 10 man group and the rest forms a second raid to help.

3. that 20man raid with the maze is nice on the first glance, but in my opinion it just a way to be lazy. Since those walls look all the same and you didnt need to construct a whole dungeon but just a plain open space and some scripted mazes.

umm , and i ve to mention that i be spent 2000$ to upgrade my pc just for sake of this game =]

I had the honor of starting at beta 6. The game does look great! However; it's extremely fun and addicting. Masochists beware! (I'm looking at you Mr I stab myself in the eye with sharp things.)

There is absolutely no reason to hang out in the main town and troll chat all day long like a pro.

Did I mention harassment is not tolerated AND NO BOTS? OMG?

any idea how the grief system will work on a pvp server? how will strolling in on a group doing the rift, will they still be flagged?

I'm glad to see some end-game stuff showcased. I'm at a point where I really don't want to sit at the PC for hours, and it seems that I could jump in, get a raid done in 30 minutes (again, down the road) and jump out. Works for me, but I wonder if there will be sufficient variation in these raids to prevent it from being same-y. Also, what's the cooldown on doing these raids? Can people just wax a raid, spawn another, etc. ad infinitum?

Since this isn't instanced, I can forgive a lot of the seeming lack of structure. Compared to current offerings, this is an excellent mechanic.

You lost me at the giant wolf thing that kept just merging through the player with its animations not built to be realistic.

Such an archaic game design.

ok so if I understand it right only the 10 who open the rift get there purple gear and, if I help that they would need to beat it I get gold and thats it! geee sound like such a far game, what the word I am looking for here NOT!

So many cool things they can do with nature magic, and druids are so bland and boring, with lame no animation melee swings. No cool plants popping up, no vines wrapping around people, no nothing to do with nature other than a faerie and a goat. -_-
