Oh, the characters have been balanced alright. Balanced to the point of completely removing any challenge in the game whatsoever. A newbie can demolish a veteran with ease, because the gameplay has been configured specifically for button mashing. Just try to spam as many moves as you can and if you don't know any, just press the S-button and it will perform one for you. The lack of skill or challenge is going to drive away fans of the fighting genre. I mean it's not like there is a story to keep them playing. I don't know how a game can bring nothing new to the genre, be void of challenge, and lack a story and still get a 5/5 from G4. I guess G4 has lost the touch... or else their minds.

This video game was definitely a decade in the making!!!

Great game. Definitely some things to fix. Also, some of the characters (Sentinel, Magneto, Doctor Doom) are way overpowered and can be really cheap.

I LOVE THIS GAME! HOW SOON UNTIL WE CAN GET MORE CHARACTERS? I'VE UNLOCKED EVERYONE I COULD IN TWO DAYS.
