I know I'm in the minority here (as much as that depresses me) but this video is sick, since when did it become alright to show the graphic and violent death of an 8 year old girl. And before I get attacked with the old "kids are killed and raped in movies and tv shows all the time" and "it's meant to draw emotion" bull argument, there's a big difference. In those forms of media the child's death is central or and important plot point, it won't be the same in this game. Its illegal to show the graphic killing of a child in games so dead island won't show this in gameplay. Without it, it won't have the artistic protection of making it a central plot point. This trailer was made to shock people with the graphic death of a child and advertise the game. This company made a trailer with the killing of an 8 year old girl for PROFIT not artistic merit (no comparisons with schindeler's list) and that is SICK. Not deep, sick. would you think it's right if a boeing ad used footage from 9/11 to sell its product? Hell no! there'd be riots.
