Her hotness was indeed inspiring. Almost too inspiring... She must be some kind of hologram crafted by the crafty people over at that crafty Ubisoft studio! Like real unicorns, she's just too good to be true!

Nah, just kidding. In all seriousness, I really did find her presentation inspiring. Her comment about being nervous made me feel like she and other AAA game developers are just as human as the rest of us. Hearing how she got her start also got me thinking that working as a game developer can be a very attainable goal if you truly put in the effort, set your mind to it and stay determined.

In any case, I agree with all the points she and the other presenters have made so far this year. It's kind of amazing how traditional AAA titles are being eclipsed by games like Angry Birds and Farmville. The shift in gaming was so subtle that it seemed like it happened overnight, but now that I look back in hindsight I suppose it's not so shocking that this has happened. It's a scary yet exciting time for games now, but I feel that the current phenomenon with social games and social networking has forced developers to think outside the box in order to stay relevant. It seems that the gaming industry itself is in a state of flux, and I'm very interested in seeing where the industry as a whole heads from now on.

oh my brother, no female in the face of this planet can resist the Revolver himself, unless she blind, and from the looks of it, she can see pretty well with those sexy glasses.

i have an IP for you, it's an RPG called Tradition.
it focuses on a single hero such as Fable would (sans dog)
has hidden bosses akin to a Final Fantasy title
and has the item custimzation of a Diablo

If you're wondering about the plot, well, I'm keeping that a secret...i've got a few pages scribbled in notebook and no time travel bullsh@t.

I don't like her very much, she's boring and mesmerizing at the same time. I'm sure she just brainwashed me.

Once you movce past her "hotness" she did have several interesting points. Several of the Ubisoft games have large community modders. I was always surprised that the X series, for instance, did not have more expansions that were based on user created info, for instance.
