That's a good question, I don't know why they are considering it indie.

HD, new character models and achievements, plus being able to play it on the PS3 is a great reason for me to pick it back up and finally beat it! (don't know why I never did)

Beyond Good & Evil was developed and published by a major company like Ubisoft, so how can BG&E be considered an indie game?
