Well that seals my suspicions, it's less about being a flight sim with full flight control and more about shooting than anything else.

That's a shame because I loved having full control over my aircraft in the past games.

Don't get me wrong it looks pretty amazing, but as a long time fan what it appears to have sacrficed just completely loses my interest in the franchise, what would have been a purchase for sure is now a rental at best.
