Best Video Games of 2010

Adam Sessler and Kevin Pereira review the year with their favorite videogames of 2010, like Rockstar Games' Red Dead Redemption, StarCraft II and X-Play's best game of the year, Mass Effect 2. Not only are they the best of the year, they're some of the greatest games of all time!

The wonderful thing about this game is that you can replay this over and over going off of previous save states to kind of customize the final outcome the way you wish. You control your crew the story and the ending, and everything you do will in some way have a cause and effect on your next game which would be ME3. You can choose to be an aggressive jerk to everyone, or a passive aggressive ..er..jerk.. to everyone.

Red Dead Redemption was entirely way to glitchy to win this. I mean i love games where you have senseless violence and come on getting an achievement for hogtying a woman dragging her ass to train tracks and waiting for a train to hit her is just pure genius, but still it comes down to it just being Grand theft horse, or Red Dead Ranch hand. Here's a side quest pick flowers all over the map, oh cool and then right after ill give my self an anal suppository placebo just because it sounds fun. And whats with at the end you get to play as his little kid who had a whore for a mother? no thanks.

PC is over and done. If you are stupid enough to pour all of that money into a rig every 6 months to a year, you deserve to wear a special pointy hat. The one that says "dunce" on it. To top it off, there were no PS3 or 360 exclusives on the list of GOTY. Wii and PC sure had an exclusive title counted in the list. RTS games are so overrated it's not even funny. Oooh, I can point and click mindlessly and the game practically play itself for me. I'm just glad a true multiplatform game took the honors in ME2. I can't wait to play it on 1/18/11 on the best gaming system availabe right now, the PS3. Not to mention that I get all DLC free and get to play ME2 with ME3's superior graphics engine in place. It must really suck for 360 owners that the only exclusive games that they have left to cherish are Halo and Gears of War. At least those are the only exclusives 360 has that can compete with their non-exclusive competition.

I'm a little surprised at the limitations of the list, but they did only fill five minutes; still, Fallout: New Vegas is the best game that I'm still playing from this past year.
