One name. One game.
Duke Nukem FOREVER!
Nah, just kidding (though I am really excited for DNF). 2011 has a ton of quality content, looking foward to LA Noire, Zelda, and Rage.

I am very excited for next year, most of all for the BioWare sequel "bookends," with Dragon Age II at the beginning of the year and Mass Effect 3 at the end. I hope the space in between the two is filled with great games as well, and I can only hope sequels I have waited for years to come out will finally surface, like Hitman 5. I am also excited to see the more hardcore Kinect games that will be coming out, and am overall just very pumped and ready for 2011 to begin!!!!!

Fiscal sales of 2010 should pretty much predict what to expect;. Peripherals, DLC, and next gen technology will be the focus in addition releases for 2011. The numbers never lie.

as an xbox360 owner, frequent buyer of xbox360 games, and a probably lifelong subscriber to xbox LIVE, i hereby boycott the Kinect. i will never buy it. ever. it doesnt look fun, it looks like a gimmick to suck the money out of the stupid lemmings that are the consumers. i will dissuade every person i know from buying that 150$ hunk of plastic and wires.

This was definitely a year for Xbox gamers. As happy as I am for that, I'm still looking forward to 2011. But 2011 will be a big year for PS3 and Nintendo, maybe bigger for Nintendo. Eventhough I'm still bummed out for the decision to move Gears3 to late 2011, I'm looking forward to Bulletstorm and even more so since they've announced the Beta for Gears 3 when you buy Bulletstorm, which is a game I was planning on picking up anyway!!

everything 3DS, skyward sword, pikmin 3, conduit 2, dead space 2, and pokemon white version.

ok shew next year is totally packed with games and totally packed with great games. I agree with Adam, it's starting to b just.... just like last year uncharted killzone lbp dead space gears mass effect batman even. Don't get me wrong im excited for all of these games but where's the new stuff where's something like shadow of the collossis and games like the origional bioshock and LBP now they r taking these wonderful games n turning them n2 the standard games every year or 2 that diminishes the effect they have on us. sure i want 2 play as batman and beat the crap out of goons n the joker again but unless they do something diffrent with it, it's not going 2 have that same "wow this is awesome" as the 1st game did. just sayin can we have something new now!!!

Next year does seem to be packed with quality releases. I'm really excited about a lot of the sequels, like LittleBigPlanet 2, Dead Space 2, Resistance 3, Uncharted 3, Infamous 2, Ratchet and Clank: All 4 One, and Trine 2.
I'm curious to see how Move does with its integration with some of the above titles, and there are some others like Move Heroes and Sorcery that I think could potentially make or break the peripheral.
Rage, Bulletstorm, and Brink could also be some interesting new IPs, but I feel they may suffer the fate of so many other good new IPs due to being up against so many other tried-and-true titles.

Portal 2 & Skyrim FTW

I take it that nobody is looking forward to Deus Ex: Human Revolution?

I kind of disagree with Adam on this one, sure fall 2011 is packed, but the whole YEAR is stacked, not just fall holiday rush. In fact you could argue the beginning of 2011 is actually more packed then the fall lineup!
Early 2011: Dead Space 2, LittleBigPlanet 2, Mass Effect 2 (PS3), Killzone 3, Bulletstorm
Early Spring: Portal 2, possibly L.A Noir, Motorstorm Apocalypse, Nintendo 3DS release + lineup
Early Summer/Late Spring: possibly Last Guardian, possibly inFamous 2, possibly Twisted Metal
Late Summer/Early Fall: Resistance 3, possibly Ratchet and Clank All 4 One
Fall: CoD MW3, Uncharted 3, Mass Effect 3, Elder Scrolls, Gears 3, Batman Arkham City, possible PSP2 release + lineup
And I know I am missing a few, not to mention all the XBL/PSN or Kinect/Move games. Basically if you do not have a PS3, yes the Spring/Summer may be a bit dry but it is going to be a jam packed year no matter what you got!!

The problem with your idea Adam; to make casual games cheaper and for download is: the 4Gb 360 which the kinect is being marketed with. And casual consumers probably wouldn't know better than to buy it.
