the vegas story was to easy i hope that when i try this addon it should give a lil diversity to the game
Meh I want expansion! F this DLC crap!
of course I'll buy it. My NV PC Experience has been great, I haven't had the HUGE GAME ENDING BUGS that most people are talking about. I've had little annoyances, like hearing "Big Iron" too much, or my caravan cards being single items.
Am I the only person who, after twenty some-odd hours, hasn't gotten a single glitch in this game?
This looks so cool, Bethesda just keeps coming out with more and more great games and DLC!
the game is glitchy as hell, but you know what? still a rad game, i'm still totally addicted, and yes, that dlc will be mine when they bring it to ps3, and just you watch us get more content for the wait. booyah!?
reminds me of saw
i don't get why people say it has so much glitches when the only things that happen is that things get stuck in the ground, and it occasionally freezes but it is fun ass hell
So when do we get money back thats what i would like to know
@Grimlochez I feel u. But I already have FO:NV for PS3, and I dnt wanna wait half a year for the GOTY Edition to come out. But if thats the only time it'll be available for PS3, I guess I have no choice.
I've played the 360 version on a friend's console, and it ran fine. On my PS3, it crashed about once every 1-2 hours (before I gave stopped playing). I'm talking about a hard-reboot type of crash. I've also personally experienced bugged quests, equipment deletions, and corrupted saves.Perhaps, instead of calling names, people who have the 360 or PC versions should feel lucky that they didn't get stuck with the buggy version.
Just got this game on sale for $40 and I got it on the xbox 360. Can't wait to play the dcl.
Just stop cying. Everyone who bought Fallout:New Vegas and returned it before all the patches are idiots. The game runs just fine now, and gives us another amazing Fallout experience. The game should have been in deathmatch but got screwed. I finished all the endings and can't wait for the DLC. Bethesda does damn good DLC so suck it. Dig out the sand and enjoy a great game!
Why don't you guys go whine to Obsidian about the glitches? I don't think G4 can do much about these problems.
I think by the time the PS3 all inclusive "GOTY" edition comes out, all will be well with the original gameplay and the DLCs. I think the trailer is awesome and while I would play it now if I could, I think waiting for the PS3 Game of the Year version is probably the least frustrating option.
i hate u little sniviling f ing whiners why dont u get over urselves and guess what if u dont like the game go and sell it cuz if u hate it then y do u still have it u mo fos
I don't see how people can say this game is "unplayable" due to the bugs and glitches. I just have one question: what platform are you guys playing this game on?If your playing this on the 360 or the PC you should be relatively fine. You'll still find the occasional, annoying glitch, but not so much that it would hamper the gameplay to the extent that it would make it unplayable. I've been playing New Vegas extensively after the first patch and the only thing I truly find game breaking is when the game freezes/crashes or drops in frame rate. This only seems to occur (as a 360 owner) when I've been playing for long periods of play time. By long periods of time, I'm talking at least nine or more straight hours of play time. And this aspect isn't even a big issue for me. The game auto-saves every time I open or exit a door. Nine times out of ten if the game does actually crash, I'm going to be in a spot not too far off from where I left off before the crash.Additionally, if any of you guys are playing on a PC that isn't specifically built for gaming then get out of here. You should realize by now that you practically can't play anything smoothly these days on a PC in less it was specially made for gaming. However, if you actually are PS3 owner; then you can make reasonable case here. Bethsada has simply decided to work on patches compatible with the 360/PC before the PS3. The fact is, you guys just aren't playing what were playing at the same time. And in that regard you guys have my sympathies.
Looks like fallout meets bioshock. not really for me. hoping for some more upbeat type dlc.
To get down voted you need to say the following terms:FALLOUT NEW VEGAS is the best at what it does, and what it does isn' t very nice. What does it do? EAT YOUR MONEY AND CREATE POST BUGS.I remember thinking (after 2 hours of playing): I dont know what people are thinking... there are almost no bugs or glitches.3 seconds later I got my first CTD (I play on the PC and that means Crash to Desktop). I have had a few others since... I have seen important quest mobs fall under rocks and become unlootable or killable. I have been stuck in certain areas of the land unable to move and do anything but reload a previous save. Yeah.... got the weathered 10mm pistol the Gamestop Pre-order item? They finally fixed it .... before if you modded it.... the game got unstable and graphics glitches started to happen. I believe it is now... normal. HORAHH,,,, 1 bug fixed... now fix the rest before you put out ELDER SCROLLS V, peeps.
Looks good so far. But as an enlightened gamer, my code dictates that I wait for a review as always.
