I completely disagree with your 2 out of 5.
I am a pilot in real life(not heli) and I am completely in love with this game. Not everyone is into just shooting all over the place, just like the other 1000 teenager games out there already. This game is unique( for console), period!
True it require's some work to learn to fly, but that is what makes it extremely addicting. Unlike some other games where the only real skill is being able to memorize button sequences and seeing blood all over the place(yawn), this gives us a taste of actual flying and real hand-eye co-ordination(which some of us ADULTS are STARVING for)!
I for one bought my new ps3 becuase and only because of APache Air assault. And I absolutely don't regret it!
Next is il2 bop....
I give this game 4out of 5( would have been 5/5 if it had more solid storyline)

Probably didnt care much because they knew there isnt a huge fan base for this type of game...i must admit that i am one of the 100 fans of this genre though...but will pass this
