Kevin Pereira sent future co-host Candace Bailey on a special vision quest in preparation for her hosting duties, and that included a photo shoot along the way. Find out what unfolded before the camera lenses and how Candace got to know Kevin a little better. And not in a good way.

The only thing I can't abide is Star Trek is much cooler than Star Wars. I can still watch Voyager or TNG and they hold up today. The original is good also. Star Wars was perhaps more important in the history of Sci-fi, but Trek is the way to go. Please reconsider, Candace.

I'm super excited about this combo!!! I haven't watched any TV for the past two weeks (I was trying to make it the month of December), finally broke down tonight and watching some AOTS vids, and I see this announcement! TV welcome back into my life!!!!
For what it's worth, I am an Allison fan as well, but I really dig Candace. She does a good job mixing goofy with sexy. This will be fun and I hope she can stay for a long time.

100 percent agree w/brutalviolence70. munn n her smile seemed pretty fake, so i'm glad she's gone; munn wasn't even very funny either. as far the as the next co host debate goes, i like alison, but i'm guessing that producers wanted someone to change it up/add something new. candace seems like an alright choice, but it's too early to know how much she'll contribute to the show. regardless, it's kevin that makes the show so funny

Wooooo hooooo!!!! New Co host Iv'e seen her on a few times and she's been great :D And it looks like she gets along with Kevin very well just like Olivia did (starts to cry) . So wooohoooooooo new co host next year. :)

Alison & Kevin have way better chemistry. Let's hope over time Candace & Kevin will develop the same...

She is not bad. Has a great smile, and has that cute awkward thing going on. I just hope she can keep up with Kevin's shenanigans. As long as she can acclimatize and get comfortable to get more energetic, I think AotS will be fine.

Has anyone stopped to think that Olivia might be doing an official send off sometime before 01.11.10? So for those complaining about it, keep that in mind.

I'll be honest she wasn't my first choice for permanent co-host. That would be the lovely Alison Haislip. Candace would be my number 3, behind -- and I'm honestly having a bran fart, can't remember the girl's name -- the brunette, and then Candace would be 3. I do like her, but not as much as Alison. But I'm sure I'll come to love her.

Wowww...there is a lot fan base/bias towards Haislip. I think Candace won fair and square, she could bring something new to AOTS. Haislip is just the same over and over, she's been in the show for a while and her presence hasn't change at all. Plus what's the deal when she plays with her fingers, that's kinda WEIRD?
